Our story
Freshy is a local microgreen farm passionate about fresh food and greener cities. We provide nutrient-rich microgreens to homes, restaurants, and anyone who values healthy, eco-friendly produce. Our goal is to inspire better eating and a closer community.
Freshy started in 2019 as a small rooftop garden built by friends who loved plants and good food. We now grow indoors year-round in Austin, TX, using hydroponic systems and sustainable methods to ensure every harvest is fresh and local.
